It’s clear when there’s a lot of storytelling and twisting taking place as it resembles the persons inner pain and need for justification. Those who listen to the jabs and send you hate simply don’t feel you or understands you, and that’s also okay. You know who you are. Keep that in mind as you observe these untrue and hateful comments. By viewing them objectively, you may observe the triggered ego (the need to be understood by all and justified) while still feeling your true essence and trusting truly that the people meant in your life / your biggest supporters will feel you completely, without any explanation. Hey Ferdi, I went through a really hard breakup last year and I would say only recently am I back to normal. My ex partner of 7.5 years cheated on me, after that she proceeded to do lots of hurtful things that I still don't fully understand why she did that. Unfortunately I still see her at yoga and on the beach (we don't talk since I blocked her) and she's never apologised and I've never had an explanation for everything that happened. I'm at the point where I've let go of ever getting a proper apology and explanation of what happened and unfortunately you may need to let go of this expectation too. You may never get a sorry from the other person and this is just how life can go and trust me, expecting a sorry will just drive you crazy! As with every relationship it seems that there's 'wrong' on both sides and the public viewing this breakup should maybe try and stay neutral since they don't know the full story. No-ones perfect and from my experience and all the stories I hear - breakups never tend to go well! I hope both of you heal and you both will no doubt come out stronger from this experience. I can say that my breakup has transformed me from the person I was in my last relationship and I'm a better man for going through the painful process. Thanks for sharing your breakup and being vulnerable, this takes courage. You're right breakups are a universal shared human experience and the more we talk about it, the better it is for everyone. There are definitely a lot of things you could be criticized for, and you’re by no means an angel, Ferdi. But I’ve watched your relationship with Brittnee unfold, saw the breakup, and read the criticism in your comments. I cannot help but wonder why so many people believe you to be the only bad guy here. The way she pursued-almost manipulated-you into getting and staying in this relationship (her following you to Europe, pretending she was into alien stuff, constant voice messages, taking advantage of your state during your first MDMA trip, quickly isolating you from your friends). Soon you became codependent and lost all sense of self somewhere along the way. You completely lost your spark and still kept pouring everything you had into Brittnee, trying to please her, trying to become the man she wanted you to be. It was sad to see. She had too much power over you, always finding the ‘right’ words, ‘guiding’ you when you struggled to see through the fog. I felt relieved when you finally found the strength to break off the relationship. Did you break an agreement? Probably. Did she break agreements before? Definitely. Just remember the way she gaslit you about what happened in Amsterdam. Did she use protection when giving out those BJs? I think you have every right to be angry. She honestly wasn’t the nicest person to you. And you don’t have to try to love her moving forward. It’s okay when feelings change. Life goes on.

Unfortunately I think hate is a part of breaking up that you can't just skip. I was "the bigger person" when I got broken up with, I even apologised to my ex as I was getting broken up with. The rage and hate came weeks after when I realised how I sacrificed so much for the relationship and the other person just threw it all away. I dealt with my pain alone, shared it with close friends and kept everything else to myself. And you know what? Six months later my ex called me because he felt lost. And he finally apologised for what he'd done wrong. I've been your follower for a long time, I don't really watch your podcasts because my German isn't great, but my advice is: have patience. Work on yourself and focus on your body and soul. The apology will come. And when it does, you'll realise you never really needed it anyways. Edit: I'm on the 5th stage I think, but I also don't wanna fall in love with anyone ever again 🤣

I feel like Britnee is the one who is narcistic and manipulative. You have changed a lot since you met her and definitely not for the better, I see that a lot of people who have been following you for a long time feel the same way. Get back to your true self, the one you were without her. That would be a long path home Im sure, because Britnee changed you so much. You used to smile so much more and be so much more happy in your skin, I see a person who is clearly struggling now, and its been that way ever since you met Britnee. I have been following her for more than 5 years now. She is a complete fraud, starting with her last name, which is made up out of thin air. Next up in her deceit hierarchy is her need to live in a country where she can pretend to be some sort of a queen - a status she does not deserve - while pretending that she is all about “helping other women”. Ich war noch nie ein Fan von Brittney und hab das auch schon oft artikuliert und ich weiß, dass du das absolut nicht magst wenn man etwas gegen sie sagt. Aber Ferdi, letzten Endes bin ich wegen dir hier, da ich dir sehr lange auf Insta gefolgt bin und letztes Jahr dich entfolgte weil ich es nicht mehr ertragen konnte zu sehen was für ein Mensch du wurdest als du mit ihr zusammen warst. Es tat mir in der Seele weh und ich konnte es einfach länger ertragen. Du könntest mein Sohn sein und ich hab einfach den Wunsch, dich vor solchen Erfahrungen schützen zu wollen auch wenn das völlig irrational ist da wir uns ja nicht kennen. The not using protection was a boundary I also had in my open relationship. And yes, it’s a huge betrayal if one breaks it - it’s a pretty big thing in my opinion and nothing to play down, Ferdi. It’s exactly like cheating and not part of ethical non-monogamy. At least for me it would exactly feel like that and a no-go.

I understood it that way that se did this public statement (and I do not like people talking publicly about personal stuff about other people at all) because you did a German podcast about the breakup really soon after everything happened. For me her behavior was more like a reaction (and no action). So I personally wouldn’t focus so much on her statement. I think she was somehow forced to do it. Like you already sad you were in denial with Celine and I guess not everting was right in those German podcasts.

Hey Ferdi, ich verstehe deine Situation in der du gerade bist sehr gut, verstehe dass du sauer bist. Habe auch in ihre Podcasts reingehört und mein einziger Gedanke zu der Sache zwischen euch beiden war und ist immer, dass das Dinge sind, die viel zu persönlich sind und die eigentlich nicht in die Öffentlichkeit gehören. Dachte immer, dass ist jetzt viel zu privat, dass müsst ihr zwischen euch klären. Beziehungen bzw. Trennungen sind immer schwierig und außenstehende Personen sollten sich meiner Meinung nach gerade aus der schmutzigen Wäsche komplett raushalten auch wenn es durch euch in die Öffentlichkeit getragen wird. Jeder, der schonmal durch so einen emotionalen Break Up durchgegangen ist, sollte das eigentlich wissen, aber die Leute lieben leider auch diese Art Drama und springen sehr darauf an. Kann nur sagen, hör nicht auf den Hate, auch wenn es schwierig ist, aber die Wahrheit kennt nur ihr beide und darüber solltet ihr Face to Face reden. Britnee geht aus meiner Sicht absolut nicht erwachsen damit um, hat viele eigene Themen, woran sie noch arbeiten muss, die sehr problematisch sind und nicht mit dem Bild was sie nach aussen geben möchte übereinstimmen und ich finde es schade, dass sie vieles davon auf dich projeziert. Sie hat dich meiner Meinung nach nie für deine Person, wie du bist geliebt, sondern nur für das was sie sich gewünscht hätte, wer du für sie sein könntest wenn du dich ihren Vorstellungen nach änderst und das ist keine tatsächliche Liebe. Das hat man gerade in den letzten Monaten eeeeeeextrem bei dir gesehen und das ist ja auch das, was dich so unter Druck gesetzt hat immer mehr zu einem higher Mind zu werden, deine Emotionen und Bedürfnisse abzuspalten und nicht mehr du selbst zu sein. Aber das ist nur meine Betrachtung von außen, das muss so nicht zutreffen und sollte ich hier eine Grenze überschritten haben tut es mir leid. Ich wünsche dir nur das Beste und dass du das möglichst gut verarbeiten kannst und liebe Menschen um dich rum hast, die dir dabei helfen. Das gute ist, dass es wirklich immer besser wird mit dem Herzschmerz und man irgendwann sehr gestärkt da rausgeht. I am not gonna give you the time to watch the whole video because you are just twisting your story to get compassion when you are not able to be compassionate to the animal. I am not judging you because you started paying for animal death again. You promoted veganism and the feeling you are experiencing is guilt. Of course your health is first, your survival. But being vegan is not being harmless, it is being compassionate. I wish you to find a way to heal physically and mentally, and I hope you will get back on the vegan lifestyle. For the super lovely shakti aka yogini in the video, in yoga one try not to react instinctively to emotions, why? because the pineal gland is stimulated by emotions. When that happens, it's a high state...when you connect trauma and toxicity with love, it triggers the pineal gland, if you manage to not react to your trauma triggers (that's what it's supposed to be about) and let them happen, then you can “cleanse” the pineal gland of this hormonal drug drink that the body releases. ...If you then manage to activate this state in the neutral state of the pineal gland, then you would have self-produced Aya (just to explain it as simple as possible for me, hope you could understand)...it's just very difficult to do. because many have too many traumas and this is hard work, which doesn't always work out, most use alternatives ;) ...nice topic.
